Is my calorie intake too little?

Your weight is very appropriate for you height, so weight loss is not necessary....800-1000 calories is too small to subsist on....Especially as a vegetarian, you need protein and calcium and Bvitamins that are present in meat products....I have dealt with an eating disorder, and I understand the desire to lose that "last few pounds"...However, you are compromising your overall health and need to bump up your calorie intake to 1400 or so and also increase exercise, even when you think you have no time....exercise will tone you up and increase your self esteem...good luck!
