I have a serious problem.?

What is it about my personality and attitude that makes me an outcast. Lastly I always find that people use me for their personal satisfaction. I find this true because they talk a good game of " If you ever need let me know". But yet all my text and phone calls go unanswered and not returned whenever I may need the slightest favor. My mother told me that I'm naive and hard headed because I believe that everyone maybe good hearted in their intentions.
