Gpa med school grad school question?

I have a bachelor's in bio but my undergrad gpa is low. I only decided i wanted to go to med school later on in my college career. So I decided to go to graduate school to make myself more competetitive and enrolled in a 2 year masters of science in biology program. I started out strong with a 3.6 gpa, but this past semester I took two really hard physiology classes, medical physiology and advanced physiology. I got a B in med phys but I just found out I got a C in adv phys missing the B by only a few points. Really disappointing because I worked hard in that class. I have another year left and since I have not taken many credit hours I can bring my gpa back up to 3.5 by next semester. It just dropped low to a 3.2 or so. But my question is do I still have a change at applying to med school getting the C in my grad program? I am just so disappointed because I worked hard. Advice..
