I don't get it?! My friend's been wearing someone's glasses for 2 days but..?

My friend has 20/20 vision and she wears someone's glasses who has prescription of -2.25 for couple of days and she still has perfect vision now! yeah I know she's crazy for doing that.. anyway, I thought her vision will become worse or blur because of what she did? I dont understand this..
