Does my recent history and health conditions disqualify me from joining the US Army?

I'm 15 and freshman in high school. I go to a technical/trade school for plumbing which I start next year. Does my recent history of having to do inpatient in a psych hospital and outpatient which I'm currently doing. Also, I have ADHD,Aspergers Syndrome,Seizure Disorder, and asthma. Do any of these disqualify me from joining? At first COD Black Ops campaign made it convincing I wanted to join the Army. But I realized I wasn't serious. But now I got the thought again and I think I'm serious. I still play Black Ops but it doesn't give me that feeling anymore. By the way, I did inpatient for depression and suicidal thoughts(Couldn't get a girl so it led to depression probs). I'm 5'5 and 148+ lbs. Do you think they'll still accept me? Look, I played football for my high school but left in the end because I was failing Phys Science. And I tried out for baseball but got cut because they only had *15* uniforms. Why wouldn't they accept me?
