I have chronic back pain and need medication, where can I go?

I am on workers compensation so I do not have insurance right now so I cannot go to the doctors for more medication. He wants to see me every time he gives me a prescription. It costs me over $100 every time I go to the doctors. Can any one help me or give advice? Thanks
