How much farther can I let this go?

I am really allergic to poison ivy and I've had it for about 3 (three) days now. It has already spread and covered my entire left arm and hand, both of my shoulders, my back, and my neck and chin. It is also on my right arm and hand (pretty bad but not as fully covered as the left side). It is on my ears and now my face. I have it on my cheeks, nose, forehead, and it is now under my eyebrows above both eyes, and ON my lips. I have been using Caladryl and Benadryl but it is still spreading. When I was younger it would spread like a wildfire but go away after a few days. And it has never gotten on my face, neck, and back. Just my arms. But now it is everywhere. It is also completely covering my chest. How far is too far? I heard before that if it gets on your neck and face it is considered a medical emergency. ? Should I be worried? It is starting to spread into my eyes... . Are there better medications that I can take without a prescription? We can't afford to see a doctor...
