Will Planned Parenthood accept my Depo Provera prescription from my doctor?

I have a prescription for Depo Provera from my doctor. Does anyone know if Planned Parenthood will accept the prescription? If so, will I still need an examination there? Thank you, answers are greatly appreciated.
