Upper hamstring (tendonitis) injury?

Hamstrings take extra time to heal sometimes 3 or more weeks to heal since they are tendons. Try running in a swimming pool and doing hamstring dynamic drills for physical therapy. Use the Swiss ball for stretching. You almost need to do physical therapy. Don't push it until your 90%. Do less running and more cross training with weights and running in the pool. Good luck!
