Should I double major in Astronomy and Physics?

Go for it. If you want to go to graduate school in astronomy, it's the best combination of majors (along with a lot of math, computer science, and research experience) - if you do want grad school for astronomy, you definitely need the physics major at least. But astronomy doesn't lead to a lot else without a PhD; there aren't even many jobs in the field if you do have one.
