Mafia 2 demo runs in slow motion?

No matter what i do to mysettings in the game it doewsnt help any. It runs in slow motion kinda and the phys is off and when it was on nothin changed. I tried it on a windows xp computer, vista and 7. Any answers on how to fix? Or is this apart of the demo and the real game isnt slow??
