Is this true or false about running?
I read this post by a guy on yahoo! Answers, and he said that no one except extreme athletes should run regularly. He said that he ran regularly and now he has an extra 25 years wear on his ligaments and tendons. I'm scared now because I've been running 2 days, swim a day, run 2 days, swim and then swim and run on the last day of the week. Plus I have phys Ed class 3x a week but thats really easy. I know I shouldn't believe everything I hear but he backed it up and it sounded legitimate! Please reassure me that running that much is okay! Or is it?
