How to heal or get rid of rash on face?

I'm not certain what it is, I used a acne fighting prescription (pads) called Noxema. I used it twice a day and rubbed it on my cheeks and chin. It feels like it's a rash. My skin has a new texture. It's not smooth really. It just caused read patches and itchy skin. Do you know how to get rid of this or what I did wrong? HELP!? Thank god it's summer so I don't have to show up at school.
