How can I tell a person to leave nicely?

It sounds like Gina was so alone, and Jill filled that void just perfectly! Jill did a nice thing for her, and Gina got very dependent/clingy so fast and THAT freaked Jill out? Gina now needs Jill much more than you do ; you at least have Dani. It will be completely up to Jill to handle this herself....if Gina has exclusive demands that Jill cannot deal with, then she will have to make this clear. Too bad Jill cannot just incorporate Gina into your group....can you and Dani accept a new member gracefully? It would take some of the heat off of Jill, AND prevent Gina from getting further damaged!
