Bikini wax scars! How to vanish them?

6 months ago, I did a bikini wax from a local salon, they used bad wax almost like super glue, which made my skin come off. At first it just looked like after wax bumps, later it swelled, and pussed and formed dark patches, I had consulted a dermatologist and had followed prescriptions, now the ugly bumps have faded, but the dark spots and ingrowth remains, Please advice what to do! I want to wear my bikini again and feel confident!!!
